Design to Finish recently completed this full building interior renovation for Turbine Kinetics in Glastonbury, CT. This renovation encompassed approximately 21,000 square feet of their building which including a variety of areas including office, storage, quality control, inspection, shipping and receiving and the creation of mezzanine office space, purchasing department, engineering and a new break room/cafeteria. Scope of renovation work included extensive HVAC and electrical upgrades, new roof, ADA bathrooms, ceilings, all new flooring, painting, footprint layout changes, etc.
This renovation was extensive and was broken down into 7 phases so clients could continue to operate and conduct business on a daily basis. Design to Finish meticulously coordinated this project to meet the clients needs and expectations
